Investment management executes the fund's mandate across origination, diligence, ownership, monitoring, and exit. Operating discipline integrates portfolio governance, valuation, risk controls, and reporting.
Management activity is overseen by the Board and supported by independent custody, audit, and legal counsel — ensuring alignment with the long horizons of ADIF's certificate-holder base.
