Execution of the mandate.
Investment management is responsible for executing the fund's mandate within the framework approved by the Board and governed by Egypt's capital market regulations.
Execution covers origination, diligence, sizing, ownership, monitoring, and exit. Each stage is governed by documented processes, valuation discipline, and risk controls — calibrated to ADIF's long-duration horizon.
