Stewardship at the highest level.
The Board of Directors is responsible for strategic supervision, fiduciary stewardship, and the institutional integrity of the fund. The Board oversees investment direction, governance discipline, risk posture, and certificate-holder alignment.
Board composition combines executive leadership with independent non-executive perspective across macroeconomic policy, sector strategy, governance, and institutional communication.
